DELIVERY & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer FREE shipping with purchase over HK$300.  For orders below HK$300, HK$45 shipping fee will be applicable.

Delivery time for Hong Kong and Macau orders require 2 to 3 working days, Mainland China order requires around 7 to 10 working days.

 

 

Exchange (Only for Hong Kong & Macau orders)

 

If you have any problems with the products’ quality, please contact our Customer Service via e-mail to cs@crocodile.com.hk or call at (852) 2176-0481 / Whatsapp (852) 9722-5930 (9:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, except Public Holidays) to make your request on exchange within 10 days from the date of your receipt.

 

After checked and approved by us, please contact the SF Express in Hong Kong or other local courier services to collect the package (with original packaging and invoice) and we will bear the delivery cost for return later on. Customers need to pay the delivery charge at first. Please attach the invoice of delivery charge for return and we will pay back the cost together with your exchange. We are sorry that we do not accept the exchange by other methods.

 

The return item(s) must be received by us no later than 15 days from the date of your receipt. If the item is in saleable conditions, our customer service team will proceed further for the exchange.

The below reasons are treated as normal conditions but not a quality issue:

 

  • Any minor color difference varies from the product photos may be due to the lighting for photo shooting, the resolution of display monitor or personal perception.

 

 

  • The size chart shown on our web site is a general guideline. Any minor size difference varies from the product specification that may be caused by different measuring methods.

 

 

 

  • Some products have been pre-washed and handled with special processes to create vintage or casual styles. The color fading effect and vintage look are part of the design details which are not due to any quality issue.

 

 

  • Each item is attached with a product care label which shows the proper cleaning and product care methods. Please follow with the instructions.  Any damaged item caused by improper cleaning and product care handling is non-returnable.

 

 

Unaccepted Criteria

 

We will NOT accept any exchange at CROCODILE retail shops for any online purchase. We will accept your exchange provided that the item was purchased on https://www.crocodile.com.hk ONLY.

 

We do not deliver to PO Boxes and Hotels.

 

We will not accept any exchange under the below circumstances:

 

  • Clothing was washed, used or damaged merchandise;

 

  • Exchange on underwear and socks will not be accepted for the reason of personal hygiene;

 

  • Altered clothing;

 

  • Product label or price tag was missed;

 

  • Additional Gifts or accessories were missed.

 

 

In case of any dispute, CROCODILE E-shop reserves the right of final decision.
